Teigan Rosenquest, welcome home to Homers Heath.

Teigan Rosenquest has committed to Buckland Athletic FC for the 2024/2025 season, following his return from a short spell with AFC St Austell.

The 27-year-old attacking player is welcomed home to The VX3 Stadium – Homers Heath after departing AFC St Austell, where he had been for the opening part of this campaign. Teigan was a highly-regarded and talented member of our squad last season and after a short hiatus, everyone at the club will be overjoyed to have him back. Teigan’s other previous clubs include Torquay United, Tiverton Town, Plymouth Parkway and Tavistock AFC.

Head Coach, Dan Hart said: “Firstly I’m over the moon. Teigan is a player that I’ve described as a Managers’ dream before, and he is one, who suits the way I want to do things perfectly.”

“I was gutted in the summer when him & Cal (Watson) departed for Poltair but I’m fresh enough to understand the lure of resources that can aid your way of life, and I also have all the time in the world for those at Poltair Park.”

“However, when Teigs reached out, his words were spot on and exactly what I needed him to say. Football careers are short, and I think what I can do for these lads is give them absolutely everything, and they feel that.”

“When we get him sharp, and reintegrated, Teigan can make a massive impact on this refreshed environment.”

Everyone at the club is delighted to welcome Teigan back home to Homers Heath, but first, he will return to the squad in our Jewson Western League fixture, tonight at Poltair Park, versus his former AFC St Austell side – kicking off at 7:30pm.
